You have 7 calendar days to request a size exchange from the date you received your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it with all original tags attached.
Please contact our support team at info@sadh7.com with your order number and the new size you require. Our team will review your request and provide you with step-by-step instructions on where to send your package.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with sending the item back to our facility for an exchange.
