Because our minimalist collections are crafted with care and maintained in exclusive quantities, we cannot offer cash or credit refunds once an order has been successfully placed and fulfilled.
While we do not offer refunds, we do support Size Exchanges if the garment you received does not fit perfectly. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to initiate a size swap.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement item of the exact same specification at no additional cost.
